You need to work with a realtor. Understand that with high priced or high end listings, owners will not sell their homes by themselves. They will have signed a contract with a realtor. Realtors may not use Zillow or Trulia and instead use other types of advertising that caters to wealthy buyers. Get a buyers agent who can show you homes or email you listings for homes above $900,000. ... more

Hello,

It is in the hands of the Home Owner if he/she wants to post the photos of his/her property on the site.

If you want to know more information about the foreclosure property, you may check the county record where the property is part of or you may also contact a foreclosure specialist near your area for assistance.

You can take advantage of our vast network of agents here on Trulia. You may found the link below.

To search for a foreclosure specialist using our site:

1. Go to the link that I provided, enter the location where you're at and click enter.
2. Click the 'More filters' button and choose 'Foreclosure' under specialties.
3. Click the 'Search' button.

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

For future reference, you can feel free to contact us about this type of inquiry through our contact form here:

Hi Etoncloud9,

Unless you're a Veteran doing a VA loan or you're buying in an area that's eligible for the No Money Down USDA mortgage, you'll have to put money down.

FHA only requires 3.5% down so on a $150,0000 purchase you would only need $5,250 of the $10,000 you have available.

I would only put down what's required and keep the rest in savings so you have an emergency fund.

Remember, once you buy a home you're the landlord.

Take a look at the recommendations from some of my past clients on my Trulia profile by clicking the link below my phone number.

Hello,

Our Customer Service team can deactivate your account if you wish, and you can send your request that they do so via the link below.

http://www.trulia.com/help/ask/

However, keep in mind that there's no charge for your account, and you may want to keep it if you want to search for rental or sale listings in the future. If there's a specific reason you wish to deactivate your account, please let our team know so they can assist you. For example, if you simply wish to stop receiving Trulia email alerts, you can delete those alerts via http://www.trulia.com/account/email_preferences/.

I hope this information is helpful.
