The cost can vary depending on who you call. B&B Pest Control charges $75 and they do a great job. I would use them on my personal house. The number is 704-694-6207.

If there is an right-of-way, easement or fee simple ownership it should be recorded in the Register of Deeds office in the county of record. One can obtain this answer by asking the Register of Deeds office, real estate attornery or competent real estate agent. Hope this helps!

There are numerous forclosed or distressed properties and a lot of buyers only want to pay pennies on the dollar for what they want. We do not get paid unless we are successful and we do all we can to get you the most your home will bring and sell in the shortest amount of time. We do a lot to protect the seller and buyer from potential problems. This is not money wasted if you get a good broker. ... more

Hi Karconner,

There are some really good appraisers in Stanly County and I will be glad to give you a few referrals if you would like to give me a call. Finding comps for a log home will be difficult, but there are several options that they can go over with you. I would recommend you discuss hiring and appraiser with your lender to make sue that they will be able to use it for their use in approving the loan.
