That home is sold. It closed about 2 weeks ago. If you contact me, we can discuss your must haves and I can assist in finding a home that fits your needs.

I can recommend an experienced and reputable realtor to help you with your home purchase in the San Antonio.

I can also help you with your mortgage when the time comes. I've been lending in San Antonio for 15 years and would love the opportunity to help you and your family.

Feel free to view my recommenddations on this site.

To be frank, it is against the ethics codes for a Realtor to evaluate this determination. But I can guide you to the local police web site where you can find a list of calls and their nature in order to come to your own conclusion by your own personal standards. You will just need to do a few minutes of digging to find your answer.

Decent is a subjective term; I recommend that any property you are considering that you drive around the area and talk to some neighbors. Talk to the school principal. Talk to the local police since the crime reports only include those reported, not all things are reported.

For rentals, it is discriminatory to ask a renter about how many kids so don't talk about that. My recommendations is to find a quality, kind, hard working Realtor to help you find something, then like I said above, check it out.

PS - The good ones go fast and so you might want to be on an auto email system to be alerted every time a new property becomes available.

Good Luck
