You can't. Only real estate professionals can post on Trulia. Try Zillow instead.

You shouldn't have to do this, this is why you hired a Realtor. They should do it or you should look for a better Realtor.

well if it's a cash only home then that would probably indicate the home is not suitable to be financed in it's present condition

Our home is estimated on all other websites for over $500,000 but Trulia has us estimated at $239,000. HUGE discrepancy!!! WHY???

201 Equestrian Drive, Forsyth, GA 31029

Trulia from what I can find out is headquartered in China. The other websites are within the United States of America.

We had both tax assessor and appraiser and they both were over $500,000 with the appraiser at $560,000. Trulia, you need to repair your software! Zillow is much closer of an estimator.

Lenders and appraisers do not even look at internet valuations, so they say. You can log into these websites and try to fix their errors, but the computers does not change or update their valuation of property. Good luck getting anything changed on this website!!!!

I would try searching on AMHA's website https://www.socialserve.com/tenant/OH/index.html?ch=AMHA or searching on Craigslist.

Casey Stewart answered:
If you haven't heard back from your credit union, it's not necessarily a bad sign -- possibly bad service. I'd recommend talking to a few lenders anyhow to see what programs they offer. Try a major national bank and one or two local banks -- if you go through this process with a few lenders within the same 30-45 day period, it shows up as just one inquiry on your credit report.

Good luck with your home search!

Thanks,
Casey

Hello,

That's not the greatest location, although it doesn't look bad on Google Maps. We buy/sell houses in the area, and I can take a drive by if you like.

Nicely done Kimberly! The only government insured loan program that has a work around a CAIVRS Claim is the FHA Back to Work Program. Under this program, we the lender request a "Credit Waiver" from the the Washington DC HUD Office but his can take several weeks, so if you apply for the BTW this needs to be done in a timely manner. Other than that, Lenders have the discretion to proceed after 3 years from the date of the Trustee Sale, but the lenders who will actually do this are few and far between. Most lenders will not make that leap, leaving alternative loan products your only choice.

Best of Luck!
