Hello,
Additional remedy is, for now, to post that property, and put your phone number on the signs. During last summer, I kicked off 12 people a day...and that was with the help of the sheriff. Ours is a private beach issue. Try to learn from your experience, I am a much better negotiator now. LOL God Bless, and remember, it will pass. Hope all else is well with you.

The Various Neighborhoods that make up Aiken have varied market performance. Over the last 6 months our MLS Average Sale Price was close to $163,000 and the Median Sales Price was around $141,200 with the Average days on market near 220. By comparison this same time frame last year, the Days on Market and Median Sold Price were very close, the Average Sales Price was about $12,000 higher. Looking back to 2012 the Average Sold Price was again around $5500 higher than last year, so in very broad terms it seams that the Average Sold Price is dropping. If I can be of any help to you in your search, Please let me know. ... more

Glad you asked. A life-long resident/investor in Aiken. ABSOLUTELY choose the Southside of Aiken for an apartment rental. I have owned/rented/sold property behind the Aiken Mall for over ten years. No problems, excellent Aiken CITY focused enforcement of laws and codes that you will not experience living in Aiken County.
Behind the Aiken Mall, will start around 650-700 a month for a Townhome or Apartment. A Townhome would be best, prices will be dropping soon due to MOX end.
