If you don't have access to FMLS or MLS, most of the banks and/or REO agents have their own websites with REO listings as well. Here are a few:

http://reoexperts.net (Coldwell Banker)

http://bankofamerica.reo.com/search (B of A)

http://www.ocwen.com/reo/home.cfm (Ocwen)

Anke,
IN MFR MLS you can add addition search criteria and ad Realtor Info and add Bank-owned. Make sure to click add.
And thats it.
Hope this helps.
Rick.

There should be as part of your search in the mls - if you check under Agent information - a way to pull just the bank-owned property. If you use the mfr.mlxchange goto search screen on the bottom left of the search box is "add more search criteria". You will have a drop down box choose "Realtor Info". There will be another drop down box with options. Pick "bank-owned" and then click the button add. Put in your location information and voila bank-owned listings.
