We can't know where you went wrong. Do it again there's nothing wrong with that. Maybe you were a little nervous. Sometimes the questions are tricky. Good luck.

What is there to advice? You either take the test again and study even more, or you decide it's not for you. I know lots of good brokers who passed only the second time. The test isn't easy and shouldn't be easy.
If you want to take it sooner, try to get outside New York City. I did as well 8 years ago when William street was booked for a month or so.

David,
The test wasn't likely about sales. It's about Real Estate law and practices. I agree with the others, review the material and schedule your next exam. As someone else with a sales background whose been in Real Estate, their are enough RE specific issues you can't afford to get wrong, that it's okay to go back and get it right. Many people have to take the test more than once.

You can request Tutoring at the School as well. They mainly Focus on areas that will
most likely be on the test. Don't worry take it again.

Don't panic, take it again. I went to the Real Estate Board of NY school on 53 and Lex, they helped us focus on what would most likely be on the test. I would review your class test questions and practice exams again.

Don't give up. The state test can be a bit challenging, study a bit more and give it another shot.
