Postlets is free and it allows you to post rental flyers online. They will submit the flyer to several real estate portals for you... The ads look nice too!

If you are interested in WORK you should check with the Public Housing Authority in your area. Each County has it's own Housing Authority. Most public housing is being demolished around the country and the former "Secton 8" vouchers are now "Home Choice" vouchers.

These people have to be placed in homes. Some of them are qualified to buy. So if you are interested in a captive audience and your commission generally being the first month's rent, you should do some investigating with Public Housing.

Craigs List has always done wonders for me. I've about given up paper ads.

Try BackPage.com; I like it alot. There are several sites that will get results. Below is a sample ad that I posted for a fantastic OCEANFRONT SUNNY ISLES BEACH CONDO. BackPage.com allows for the use of HTML. Try it and let me know!
