I'm in Florida but I only found companies that write a whole policy. They base is upon what you anticiipate your gross sales to be, not based on how many agents you have for the first year. Then the second year you let them know what your gross was and they rewrite a new policy. I've seen yearly prices from $500-2,000 depending upon what kind of coverage you are looking for.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply Pam, but the CAR website's referral doesn't do e&o on a per transaction basis. They only do yearly flat fees.

You may want to check on the CAR website as they have a preferred list. Hope this helps.
