Would you buy a house that has disclosed that it once was used for "manufacturing of methanphetamines"? Even if it has been completely rehabbed?

If you ave a problem with it; then you have a problem!
It isn't like MOLD, or TERMITES, or COCKROACHES; it doesn't infect the neighborhood.
The Owners are requeired to do the Disclosure for (probably) 3 years, as well as "first hand knowledge". So it may not affect resale in the future.

It's a completely personal decision, but for me, I'd be concerned about who didn't know the previous owners had moved, so I'd be inclined to steer clear.
