Which real estate web site platform provider is the best with regard to lead generation, lead management, and return on investment?

Asked by Larry Brake, Aurora, CO Sat Oct 19, 2013

Most providers all claim to offer about 90% of the same functionality, yet initial setup and monthly reoccurring fees vary considerably. I'm not looking for a custom 'from scratch' site. I'm fine with templates, and most aspects of 'building' and maintaining a site from a template. I would prefer some form of automated content be offered for SEO, newsletters, blogs, social media, drip campaigns, etc. I'm of the impression that sites built with Wordpress are considered preferable. Would love to the get the national perspective on this.

Check out Real Pro. My website has been able to not only grow my business but the functionality of the website has expanded in line with my business thanks to the many options they offer. Keep in mind that original content is what will move you up in the Google rankings--so you need to make a template site your own which is what I have done with Real Pro.

We are currently using Onjax for our Web Site. We are are quite pleased with it. It is middle of the road in pricing and offers good lead generation and SEO. It may require more work to customize than you might like. But if you want to be able to do some of that it would be a great choice. You can take a look at my site if you care to at JimCramerRealtor.com and please feel free to contact me with any questions.
