When you are extremely busy, do you have a part time assistant or do you hire a service?

Hi Joanne:

A service will be better of course if you have good assistants used within your
office and come referred, I would go with them.

I just make sure I stay on track with my systems, then if I really have to I use a VA.

Since the business isn't always consistent, hiring someone could be on a very temporary basis. I prefer to refer out to other agents when I get too busy. I like to service my own clients, so referring business out works for me.

Personally, I have had an assistant and honestly I just work a little harder now! I chose to partner up with a colleague on a precentage of our deals(op time, etc). Works for me....
