Hey Alex, Don't sweat the reward. Just go out and list, list, list, list properties. The buyers will find you because you have the products they want. Visit and/or call the expireds and the FSBOs in your area every single day. Now's the time to build a listing inventory. If you have no listings, spend 80% of your time either on the road speaking to expireds and FSBOs or calling them on the phone. Then follow up, follow up, follow up. Good luck.
