You know the homeowner profile and have looked at the heatmaps for this demographic. The most direct path to a listing is through the front door of the homeowner.
Go where to the neighborhoods that meet the profile. Put on your A-game and go door kocking. These homeowners are looking for solutions, outcomes, results and benefits in regards to solving their problem. Make sure during your discussion you leave them with validation resources and answer or allow them to find the answer to the four questions every homeowner must resolve about the agent they hire.
There's lots of folks needing help who are walking silently into the darkness.
