You can call the number on your tax bill next to each item on the tax bill to find out how long.
If you don't have a tax bill handy, you can go online, you are already here, and go to riverside county tax assessors website and input your address, and see the tax bill with the phone numbers to inquire.

I show a current annual tax at $3025. With the assessed value of the property being $182,700. (that number is rounded). Real property is taxed at 1%, so running through the math, for a newer home, the mello roos are not too significant. Unfortunately, I saw your question just going into the Thanksgiving holiday, so I'm not able to access the length of time left on that mellow roo..................More later on that.....
