I like profit sharing, a chance for ownership, and a retirement plan.
Leads are huge to some agents, especially newer agents who aren't quite sure how to get started, but rarely have I see a broker who can actually generate the right amount of leads to feed their agents. It's an active process, not a passive one. Building a website, does not generate enough leads to feed your agents. Corporate listings probably also won't feed many of your agents full time, but may help to supplement their business these days. We do see agents who want this business.
A full training calendar with a training room is probably good for many agents. Even the best agents need continual training to keep on top of the business.
