Just saw this question, and here is my feedback on the new format:

It's a nice layout.............not too busy looking, so that's fine...........but........

I don't like that we are now required to have current, existing testimonials "verified" - that's a time waster and inconvenience for me...and.....I won't annoy my clients by doing that, either.......anything that was on my profile prior to the revamping of the format, should remain there...........if Trulia wants to ask to have new items "verified", fine..........but I am not happy that existing information will be removed unless the required action is taken.

I don't like that I am now foreced to have my current/older testimonials verified - that's a time waster and inconvenience for me........won't annoy my clients by doing that, either.......

Yes, I'm in agreement that the layout makes more sense and is easier to read. However; the change over did lower my number of recommendations for some unknown reason but I believe the consumer will find the new layout more user friendly.

With all the changes on Facebook I've gotten used to this sort of thing. It's clean, organized, and much easier to navigate through. Before, the consumer had to actually click on each category, now it's all in front of you.
