Yes, there is an easy way. Referrals-you give me buisness=I give you buisness. Of course, it helps when I give great service and you give great service without all those extra fees that appear. It's really very simple. I just had a neighbor (insurance agent) ask me about sending him buisness. First of all, I asked him for a qoute for one of my buildings, nothing from him. And now, he asks for more buisness. I'm still waiting for a referral from him. Do yourself a favor, someone sends you a referral, send them a gift card $5-$10, you close the deal, send something else of value they won't forget. Most of all, send them a referral. Any Questions? The 'easy ' way is old fashioned hard work and superior service. That pays off in the long run. Give us dependable pre-approvals, and show us that we can count on your word.
That's the same with RealEstate agents-- good old word of mouth advertising for excellent service.
