Definitely need to hire a full time assistant -- that's priority #1. Also getting my team more involved in the communities we serve. I felt like I spent way too much time behind my computer in 2012.

Happy New Year, Everyone!

I don't make resolutions. I do however set goals and try to improve each year with through my business plan. Statistics show that most people don't follow through with resolutions past the first few weeks of the new year. Instead I think staying in the moment helps me the most and take an inventory on a daily basis. The one area I'd like to improve on is networking with other agents for referrals. I think sites like this are great for us to get to know eachother and share business.

Sincerely,

Hi Terry.

How about feeding hungry people? Nothing helps like feeding a person that has no money to buy food, 'paying it forward' so to speak, and asking other agents/brokers you know in and out of your office to help you feed someone hungry.

I could have done better in 2012 by feeding more hungry people I see on the streets every single day.
