Updating status for a SFR in MLS

I have a Limited Service Agreement in place with a Seller, who has now entered a Lease Option agreement with a Buyer/tenant. How should the MLS reflect this status change? What status would you use to accurately close out this transaction?

I would use the R status [RENTED]. In the event that the owner located the buyer/tenant "on thier own" I would cancel the listing.

That goes without saying Lynn...I am looking for opinions among the professionals here who deal with these issues every day. My broker is not sure, and I don't want to wait the 48 hours it may take the local board to get back to me. I'm sure I'm not the only agent who has had this issue and your answers could help someone else as well. I was hoping to get fast, accurate answers from this group.
