In my market I must join at least 3 different mls systems. In addition to the high cost of joining these (my office is with in 15 minutes of 5 counties) we often enter the same property into 2 or 3 systems each having it's own fees, rules paperwork...Our clients dont understand why the same property comes up more than once so it adds to their confusion. I understand it is all about control and money. I just think it is about time the agents who pay most of the bills take control and save money (and time which may save even more money) I am licensed by the state, not the county or mls. It only makes sense then to improve we must streamline. What better way than having just one set of rules, one system to search and enter properties into and one entity to deal with for listing and showing properties?
