This is becoming very disturbing...

Yesterday my Profile & Blog views were less than my totals from the previous day. Today they are minus over 350,000 total views. This was "mostly" straightened out last week only to have this happen again. Anybody else??

Yes, it's a glitch - it happens.......... this isn't the first time this has occurred, either


Trulia will straighten it out..and points will be restored -

For what it is worth - you can still find your total profile views on your profile page (left side).

First off congratulations on your VIP status! Yes, my points were restored but some other issues still unresolved(received an email about my case# a few minutes ago). Am sure your points will get straightened out soon!!

Yep and I did contact customer service and got a return email that stated there is a bug in the system that they are working to correct. I guess the good news is that when all the points disappeared it didn't wipe out our hard earned VIP status.

Yes, I noticed my points are alot less but felt they would correct soon enough. I guess Trulia tripped up a little after their sucesful gains on Wall Street the other day :O)

I'm sure it's an honest problem they are working on, but just wondering how high it is on their list of priorities. No fix yet. This is day three. Not all that long in the grand scheme of things, but an update from staff would be appreciated.

Once again another day for this problem has passed and may of Trulia's Pro's are not getting service. Have they thought about refunding some of our fees for the year?? This has been an ongoing problem and at least 4-5 x this year.

Oh, just saw this! I had jsut posted a question about the same issue. I've been traveling and noticed while gone I had zeros, checked a few minutes ago and still zero so asked. Next time I'll read some of the previous days questions and probably see the answer to mine.

Same here - no fix yet. I did get credit for other postings - my points increased some - but still zero on profiie and blog views.

Thanks, staff, for working on the problem. I hadn't noticed until someone pointed it out here, but I have the problem too.

I'm going to start saving a screen shot of my points every few days. I can't remember from one day to the next what they were. I've thought a couple of times that there was a change in the wrong direction, or a great big jump in the right direction, but I usually convince myself that I just wasn't remembering correctly. I have too many other numbers running around my head that are more important!

It did happen to me as well. I noticed that today.. I realized that few thousand points were deducted..well I hope it will be fixed.

Me as well. I just sent Customer Service an email. Perhaps if we all contact them they'll get the message that the system has a serious glitch.
