I know that a lot of sole practitioner brokers out there came into being because of the change in law (Senate Bill 446) that OAR pushed in 2001. How do other real estate brokers feel about this (esp. other brokers who aren't part of OAR leadership or committees and who don't normally participate in OAR functions)? Why do you think OAR is now going back and trying to undo the change they pushed for just a few years ago? (The new bill is House Bill 2910.)
