A lawyer licensed to practice law can also serve a client as a real estate broker. However if he or she has licensed salespersons working under his or her supervision than he or she must also be licensed as a real estate broker.

I think that a lawyer will be able to help with almost any situation. There are so many laws that apply to almost every aspect of life. I was surprised when I learned all the advantages my lawyer could give me. As they say, "knowledge is power". No one knows more about the law than lawyers.

If he has a broker license, then yes he may. However, if he has only a real estate salesperson license, he/she cannot.

I can tell you first hand the answer is YES. If an Attorney wishes to apply for a Brokers License, they can operate as a Real Estate Broker/Agent as well as have Licensed R/E Agents working under the Brokers License.

If he has a broker license, then yes he may. However, if he has only a real estate salesperson license, that is a different story.

It is still conside as a dual agent.

Hi, as long as the attorney gets a separate brokers license they can sponsor agents.
