WOW! Landvoice must have the worst customer support ever!!! I bought this product just after the middle of December. I was excited. I market to FSBO and Expired and due to manually inputting my data into my contact management software I just knew Landvoice was going to speed up my day. Well, they only sent me upon signing up three pages of their manual and cut off the rest. FOR THE NEXT TEN DAYS, I called and emailed customer support to get the end of the manual. After wasting a cumulative time of what amounts to a day and a half, I decided to call Sales. SUPRISE, they answered after the second ring. They then sent me the rest of the manual. After that, the system still didn't work and I noticed it looked like it was setup for the wrong MLS. So I called back and was put on hold for 17 minutes. I hung up and emailed the address that sent me the manual. Nothing back. So the next day I called sales, and was put on hold another 15 minutes. She then said they were closing and she would email me instructions on how to fix it. I got nothing. Still haven't. I have requested a refund since the product never worked for me. (Haven't gotten it yet, I also emailed a customer service link, (no response) Just my run in with them so far!
