After spending lots of money and time (mistakes included), learning about short sales and working short sale deals, I have learned A LOT! A long time friend and I realized we needed to put something together to help real estate agents realize that handling a short sale listing is NOT A BAD THING. It's actually proved to be more of a benefit for us than anything. One perfect reason alone is: Even if your short sale listing DON'T sell, it's another property you've got your name on. Another AD on the street. How many more leads could that bring you?
