Philadelphia Suburbs broker suggestions

Asked by Lyndsey Salter, Worcester, PA Mon Jun 20, 2011

Hello everyone. I will have my real estate license shortly and I am researching the different brokers in my area. I live in the western Philadelphia Suburbs and am looking for suggestions. I have heard good things about Coldwell Banker Preferred and Keller Williams. However, I do not like the idea of having to recruit other agents for KW. I will be talking to/interviewing various brokers but wanted to see what input I could find here. I am looking for strong training as a new agent and a company who wont nickel and dime me with fees. I am also only interested in non competing managers. I would love some advice and suggestions.

Congratulations on your decision to choose real estate as your new career. I am the Vice-President of Residential Marketing at RE/MAX ADVISORS headquartered in Devon, PA. Rather than focus on "downlines" and agent count, we are focused on professional development (RE/MAX UNIVERSITY) and closing more transaction sides per agent, as compared to our peers. Furthermore, we have a few divisions that may cater to your longer term career goals, including but not limited to, asset disposition services, commercial leasing and sales, and business brokerage. If I can be of further assistance, let me know. Good Hunting!

I work at Keller Williams in Limerick. The best part of Keller Williams is the training they give! You won't find this kind of training at any other Real Estate company. If you would like to speak with the Team Leader (Dana) or the Asst. Team Leader (Gina) give the office a call here @ 610-792-5900
If you have any further questions or would like to speak with some agents who just started recently give me a call!

I work for Keller Williams in Blue Bell. I was with Prudential for 10 years...also a great company.
KW has a great coaching program and every new agent comes out of that program making a killing! It's intense and holds you accountable.
Please let me know if I can help and good luck to you!
