Most effective places to run print ads for westside estates?

Asked by HappyHome, 94704 Sun Apr 12, 2009

Have you had recent experiences running ads in the LA Times, BH Courier, other local magazines for houses in the $7mm or so range, and if so did you find any worked better than others? I'm a very Internet oriented person and am not sure how much people looking in that range are looking online vs. still in papers or local publication websites.

Thanks much.

That is a great question to ask your local real estate agent.

Hi HappyHome, I find nowdays every one looks on the Internet first, hence the LA Times is a good place to be, since they have a web presence. I have a few foreign Buyers that look on the Internet and the LA Times is one place they always look...then e-mail me to get more details about a specific property they saw and the price range is in line with what you are asking about. BH Courier will limit you to the local inquiries...There are some great Home Magazines where one should advertise. If you need more information. Please contact me directly thru my website or e-mail me at EndreBarath@theMLS.com Look forward to your questions.
