Is anyone completely happy with either approach? With this said, the best approach to growing business activity is using a variety of approaches to market your product, your company, and yourself.
Many people lose sight of the importance of a comprehensive plan that attracts customers.

Hope this helps,

Most agents I would think are cautious of answering this one on-line for fear that thier competitor might see what is working and then switch. Sooooo "off the record" ;-) I would say mobile is driving more traffic in our market. It seems to be the case across most of the major internet home search companies. More and more people seem to have notebooks and smaller handhelds.
Local ads are good to get your name and face out there depending on the size of your marketplace.
Best of Luck!

Do more prospects inquire online or are you getting actual calls? Considering a new campaign.

I'm not happy with either.

I am not happy with local ads, debating on whether to try mobile ads or not. I have gotten two "leads." Neither of which were even interested in buying/selling.

Are you not happy because you don't get enough leads for them or because the leads appear to be of low quality that don't seem to convert?
