Is there a 100%, home office with Remax Real Estate near Seattle, WA?

Asked by Kinga, Renton, WA Sat Jun 28, 2008

Does anyone know if there is a 100% split home office program with Remax. Similar fees to Skyline....(about 300 per month)

With Keller Williams you can pay less than zero per year to be affliated. Of course, that requires a lot of things - like that you WORK, get to closing, and help grow the "family" of KW (in any market). The profit share provides a career agent a stream of income into retirement and even beyond your death. Check it out... and let them know that Vicky Chrisner, KW Leesburg, VA sent you! http://www.VickyChrisner.com

Kinga,

We have a great office at KW Renton. Amazing business building tools and training for Top Level Realtors, but it is not free like some other companies.

Give me a holler and we can discuss what you are thinking about and I'll give you the info on our office.

Fees do vary from Re/max office to Re/max office. Fess also vary within an individual Re/Max office. I suggest you ask your Re/Max owner broker how their individual offices works.

As others have mentioned below, there is still the 5% on the sale of which 3 goes to your office and the 2% goes to the regional office.

I don't know about other offices but at my remax office even if you get 100% plan, you'll still have to pay a mandatory 5% to remax corporate.

I think you also have to go and interview different offices. I work with Remax Eastside. I got my license 2 years ago and this is the office I am staying with. Some agents have been with this office 10+years. GREAT office, GREAT people, GREAT support. always available, always helpful. Once you show them what you can bring to the office, all companies have negotiating room. Let me know if you want to check the office out.

Dear Kinga,

As Vicky started to explain Keller Williams is very low cost with reasonable cap rates, No desk fees and a monthly office cost, including contract insurance for about $32-$34 a month. At the Bellevue office, where I work, we have approx. a hundred agents currently. Also tons of free training and support. Call me for more info if this sounds good.

Hi Kinga,

Not sure what is going on with the local Remax offices. I have friends in the same office that have different costs and fees. Some pay higher per month than others and some have to pay the mandatory fees and some are waived, one husband and wife team doesn't have to pay for the wife. I don't know of any that cost as little as Skyline. Are you curious or thinking of making a move? Take care and look me for a ICED latte one of these days (since it is 91 outside and hotter tomorrow).

Have a great weekend, Gary
