Have a client who is interested in a commerical structure that needs total rehab on the interior and some demo of 2 shells on the property, he would possibly convert part of this old warehouse into loft style lving if that was the only way he could get financing, otherwise it was going to be all office space and a contractors yard. Hard money may be my only route?
