Is anybody using Marketleader or any other pay per lead providers that are actually bringing quality leads?

If you have NO lead generating sources at this time, ML may be a place to start.
The best use I've found for ML is using their graphics on FREE advertising outlets such as Craigslist. eZine and the like.
Since the time they took ownership of ActiveRain and, there appears to have been a shift in their priorities. What you will notice is the ML leads will be about 600% better than those from aggregate websites.
I currently subscribe to ML seller program. It's certainly NOT what it formerly was. It is my hope (I won't hold my breath) they have a ton of additional features that have not yet been released.

Need more details? You know what to do.

I had been using Z57 and it required a lot of work. I decided to look at what my company had and free tools, and so far have generated more leads and better quality. Have you check out your own company tools?

I've been using Marketleader for a month and it still requires me to aggressively advertise the marketleader website to get any leads. I haven't been able to convert leads to actual sales yet. I guess I have to give it more time....

I have been getting hit hard with sales pitches from Market leader, via phone and email. I have not decided to use them.

The whole pay per lead deal just does not sit well with me. Besides ,I find their sales reps to be VERY pushy!!!

Much Success To You.

I've found that my own website produces my highest quality leads. It is a RealPro website that comes with 2 "stealth" sites that really work for generating Buyer and Seller leads.

I think a lot of agencies around here use MarketLeader and I did for few years. It cost me a fortune and I did not feel the leads were good quality leads. I am happy with Trulia it brings in good direct leads. The most important lead generation is my own hyper-local website. It gives be a lot of leads and I follow up with a regular campaign so that the leads can be converted. I do use MarketLeaders Sharper Agent- it is great! Good Luck
