Hello everyone,

Wierdest thing... it's a clients lender asking me who they should use for an appraisal. Don't they have to use a pool provided to them by Nevada law?

I want to stay away from giving them an answer, but I figured to maybe make a suggestion on others suggestions.

I don't really have a pool of appraisers as I deal mostly with all cash buyers, and otherwise, my clients have their own lenders.

I would believe Realtor / Broker do you not have an inventory of contact numbers? You can google search or ask a mortgage broker who they recommend

I apologize Mark, I didnt see you are local. I have a handful of apprasiers I have met and worked with over the years. Do you work with a lender or refer a lender to your clients? If so, they will have a list. Do you bank in Las Vegas or do you own a home? Your bank and your lender will both be able to recommend to you an apprasier, which was the other part of my message.

Best of luck.

Hi Mike,

Thank you very much for your response.

I'm really looking for someone local... it's kinda hard for someone to do an appraisal when they are out-of-state. ;)

You can call any local agent, broker, or Realtor for a referral. Also, you might try your bank or lender as well, as they will have some referrals for you. Best of luck.
