I've put it off as long as I can but now it's time to make my business a team. Any advice is greatly appreciated. What is the normal commission split to a buyer's agent? What processes do you allow them to handle and what do you continue to do yourself? How do you manage lead progress? How do you prevent someone from "stealing" your leads? What's the best way you've found to motivate your buyer's agents? I'd like to hear from agents both in and not in my area. Thanks! Ginger, Atlanta
