I'm looking to form relationships with agents in Austin, TX. Anyone interested in receiving referrals?

Asked by Corey Dwan, Crested Butte, CO Thu Feb 4, 2010

I'm an agent for Sotheby's in Crested Butte, CO and the vast majority of my clients come from Texas. Anyone have any clients interested in our area?
Best Regards,

In response to my last post (below), I don't see your email address anywhere. Please send me an email and I will reply with my referral credentials.

Funny you should say that many of your clients come from Texas. Just last night, I was chatting with an associate about how many people from Austin are moving (to) and back to Colorado.

Apparently there is a common culture shared between the City of Austin and the state of Colorado. I'd have to agree (from where I've been in Colorado).

I'll send you an email introduction.

Dear Corey,
I would love to trade referrals with you. In fact I just sent a $450K referral to a Portland agent last month. Presently I don't have an agent in Crested Butte. I would love for you to be that person. If you want to know more about me and how I operate check out my profile here and at http://activerain.com/austin_realtor. If you want to join me at AR please follow this link: http://activerain.com/action/referrals/austin_realtor (it is free to join and you can build your network of referral agents there as well). The areas I serve most are: Lake Travis/Lakeway, Central Austin and South or Southwest Austin. You may rest assured that your clients will be treated right and be happy you sent them my way. Make it a great day!

Corey, I would be happy to reciprocate referrals to you in Colorado. I am a Residential Specialist here in the Greater Austin area and have a Commercial Realtor I work with as well. I am an Austin Business Journal Recognized "Top Producer" as well as an award winning REALTOR/Master Instructor with Keller Williams Realty, Austin's #1 Realty Co. You can click on my name to the right to see my credentials, client testimonials, contact info. etc. Also, do you work in the Castle Pines/Castle Rock area? I may have a client looking to sell his home there. Let me know if you would. Thanks for your time!

p.s. I recently helped a good friend and client of Suzanne DeSilvey (Colorado agent) relocate to Austin. If you know her, she can attest to my high level of customer service. I am Full Time, Full Service, btw. Joe

Yes, however it's just a capture tool and it will not post my signature, so I was looking for his direct email.
Thanks for looking out!

Dear Corey,
I love Colorado and have been visiting for about 20 years. My best friend has a place in Dillion on the lake and I visit once a year. You just missed me as I was there two weeks ago to ski A-Basin. Austin has a lot of similarities to Colorado in that we have a lot of active people that love doing things outdoors (sailing, hiking, camping, skiing, wind-surfing, etc.) and there is abundant nightlife and live music.

Hijacking your post to help Shawn. If you click on Corey's website there is a "contact me feature" to send him an email. Good luck!
