I attended a local 'in class' license course but many agents use Moseley for that and other requirements. A think a lot depends on what type of learner you are. Do you need to be in a class to bounce concepts and Q & A around or can you sit and take an on-line course just as easily? The real estate exam is an odd one. When taking it, you'll swear that the questions and answers have nothing to do with anything you've been studying. Sometimes, it's best to go with an actual class so you can be better prepared for the shock of taking a test that has questions that are deliberately deceiving.
