Fees and splits. As your experience from before may have shown you, there is so much more to a brokerage then to what split you're going to get.

Support, training, management and environment are very important.

Relocate and then interview with several agencies. You'll find the right fit.

In CA, each company has different rule. Most of them charge you flat desk fee and split commission based on your experience and production. The other important factor is the E&O insurance you will have. Ask the details about E&O before you sign the agreement and check your E&O policy about you close your transaction everytime. Some ugly firms may change it or cancel it.

Hi Scott,

My company offers a flat fee program for real estate agents. You are welcome to contact me if you are interested. You can also e-mail me your resume for a call back.

Times have changed for real estate agents and brokers. Real estate agents need to keep as much of their commission as possible in order to survive. It’s about you not your broker.\
