Due to the Fair Trade act and restrictions on price fixing. I am going to wager this is not the correct forum to ask this question on. This would be a question for your Broker, and if you are the Broker then you should research the local market and come up with your own commission structure that works for you. Good luck and enjoy the listing.

Commissions are negotiable (always)

Depending on the type of commercial property, the price of the property and what is the norm in your market, it can be on a sliding scale and range from 1% to 10%

If you are not sure and unfamiliar with the commercial field, I recommend you refer it out and let a professional handle your client.
