Hello Javier. I must say your question doesn't speak well of your principal broker or their operation. This is a basic question and while I welcome you to the profession, I am also a bit disturbed that you ask it in this forum. Talk to your broker and other agents in your office or seriously consider getting out of that office. This is a highly competitive business. Don't expect anyone here to do what your own office seems unable to do. I do wish you good luck.

I agree with both Joe and George get guidance/training/mentoring from your broker. You want us to teach you how to compete with us?

That's something that your broker really should be teaching you.

Start with opens then be consistent and persistent. It's a natural progression if you keep at it. I wish you the best!

Looking forward,

Hi Javier,
I think what you are asking is how to get an exclusive listing? You would need to consult your broker who will tell you what your office, the MLS and the state requires.
Good luck, wishing you many exclusive listings!

Hello Javier, an Exclusive Right To Sell?, Exclusive Agency?, or Office Exclusive? Perhaps your supervising broker could assist you.
