Where it is a little late to jump in now as most companies have closed their rosters to new agents, you should start with the banks and mortgage companies your buyers have gotten mortgages with, ask the loan officers for contact informations so you can do bpos for that bank. you need to do teh bpos to get the listings, you get graded on bpos and can build up a raport with assett managers by doing a good job and finishing your orders quickly. this will get you into the business of reo's. you should know that listing reo requires you to pay for maintenance up front and wait to get reimbursed by the bnak, so it take syou to have some cash on hand. things like lock changes, clean outs, repairs, maintenance, lawns, snow plowing and such. good luck
