Aaron - lets meet and talk about this - I have the same dilemna - why don't we agree to interview as "second interviews" your best candidates and my best candidates.

I have some strict criteria of who I want my Assistant to be before I have any requirements of what I want my Assistant to do...

If we want to build our businesses by hiring talent, we have to implement hiring systems that will ensure that the best and the brightest join us.

KW's Recruit/Select/Train/Lead/Motivate class is on point - it's coming to Anchorage in May.

I'm not going to Anchorage in May however I am hiring the perfect Assistant before my late September birthday.
