What am I missing, or what will interest Realtors to view my site?

1. Realtors already have the info? Why would they want to view your site?
2. Someone`s commission check is going to be short 1%?

Other than that, it is a very nice website, I like the video. I think the " Print / fax the coupon: is a good idea, maybe complicated. For consumers.

A Great realtor once told me that 70% of the wold is visual, being that they need to see things in writing.
OK, you will sell my home for next to nothing, but what are you actually going to do to get my home sold?

Finally, You have spent some money on the ferret, and there is no turning back. Your marketing is built around the Ferret.

I would build a family of Ferret`s
Papa Ferret, for tough negotiations
Mama Ferret for all the new home in/exterior details
Kid Ferrets for all the neighborhood details, pertaining to kids
Grandpa ferret for all the contract details
uncle ferret , aunt ferret, and so on.

If a consumer lists or buys with you, do they ever meet a human agent? Or is this a service for people who make purchases off their computer screens run by someone who does nothing but sit in front of their computer? But to answer your question, there is nothing of interest to myself, as a realtor, in your site, except to note what consumers DON'T get by listing with it, so that I can sell myself against you.
