Hi Helene,
I like the Samsung GS3. I have had it since last November. Handles all the real estate apps and digital signature apps.
It works as hard as us folks from the "Windy City"!
Good Luck,

Go with either I-Phone or Samsung. I have used the I-Phone for my RE Bus for the last 3 or 4 years and it's worked perfectly. My son in law has the Samsung and it looks great as well but it is Windows Based System and probably not as Reliable as the I-Phone. You couldn't go wrong with either but Do Not Use BB.

I like the iPhone. I can take videos of homes and edit them on iMovie on the phone or I pad. Did you know only 8% of Realtors use video in their business. There are so many more apps for the iPhone . If you get the iPhone plan for the iPad. You can do contracts and Sign them. You can do so much? It is all about your preferences. Good Luck

I would suggest one of the samsung or lg smartphones. Larger screen size than iphone, and all of the real estate apps work well with android.

I am an IPhone fanatic. Of course the fact that everything I own -- IPad, IMac, Mac Air all come from the same family and play well together is a great bonus.

I was an early adopter of the iPhone when it first went on sale. Through the years I've upgraded to the newer models. The phone works so well for me that I have not had to consider another option.

Best of luck with whichever smartphone you choose.

It’s getting to the point where it is no longer the question of which phone should I purchase but which system should I use. By this I mean the big 3 or possibly 4: phone, notepad, computer and maybe even consider the camera in the list. Your choices for integration are very small your choice is Apple or Samsung. Apple seems to have the most fluid “system” but it’s expensive and you pay for everything, Samsung is the newer player in this area and has a lower price point, better screen sizes but has a few glitches in its system. So in a nutshell there are pluses to & minuses to each system, but the trend is definitely integration of the 3 or 4 pieces of technology.
