Has anyone ever used Top Producer CRM? I would appreciate any feedback you can give me.

Thanks Jimmy for your advice. I know a few agents that used his system back in the late 90's early 2000's and seemed to have success. I don't see too many if any using it in my market now. So I think with your input and others I will test out his system for end of 2013 into 2014 to see how I do. Continued success to you and I will take you up on your help if I have any questions..

I haven't but I researched CRMs not too long ago. I've heard Top Producer is good, but expensive and not necessarily worth it. I've also heard (and have found) that good old MS Outlook is great. You can put reminders in to contact people, keep track of emails you've sent, make notes on contact, etc.

I've seen other companies take this approach as well. Choosing a CRM method really depends on your preference of how you like to organize your business.

I use Realty Juggler they have a free trial and after that it is $99 a year.
