FLEXMLS written flexmls....have other states picked up this software yet or is it just us here in Florida? Have you tried it?

What do you think about it? I've never seen anything faster, the look & feel are amazing, ease in sending reports, emails, searches are 50x better than what we had before. What about you? Likes/Dislikes? Suggestions?

It's funny you say that you like this. Most of the realtors with us are extremely unhappy with the functionality of Flex. Hopefully in the future there will be a lot of fixes to improve upon this.

I'm using it but I'm not too thrilled with it. Yes, there are a couple of nifty features but I don't understand why
there are so many glitches that need to be worked out. It's too bad these weren't worked out before we had to abandon MLX Exchange.

@Judi. I felt the same exact way, wasn't sold either.....BUT, I love it now for the same reasons. One of the best functions is when you're on a page and don't know how it works, you have that video tutorial you can click specifically for that page/function you need. Beats calling tech support and waiting half an hour on hold, too. Love the reports, too.

Thank you.

We've been using in AZ for some time. While I wasn't completely sold at the time we made the switch I've come to appreciate it is far more robust than the previous platform and offers extensive flexibility. Today I can't imagine going back to what we had before.

Hi Antonio.

Really, it's a widget? Right now in South Florida we have access to only this system, none others. MLXchange has been totally discontinued to the best of my knowledge. Never even heard of Fusion, but I must give kudos to Flex, I've never used anything so fast, robust, and good looking for clients.

Does the fact that it's a widget make it less viable?

Thank you,

It is not an MLS service, it appears to be an MLS widget for websites that are Wordpress based.
Here in Central Florida we have access to both MLXChange and Fusion. I don't care for Fusion, it is a good alternative for people with Macs.
