Does anyone know how I can get an aerial shot of a house to use for flyers etc. I know google earth and bing have that function

I know there are sites out there with aerial views you can get but there are copyright issues. I was wondering what I can use without having to pay a service or for a relatively small fee.

Unless you use the photo for a book/movie or a TV show you shouldn't have any problem.

I think the satellite views on Google are spectacular. I send them to clients regularly. Our mls system will even overlap lot lines.

Some counties offer GIS with aerial shots for free. Check the local county websites. If your an agent, the MLS may have this feature that allows you to use the photo. Also, google allow you to use images if you give them credit and not reselling their service. Go to google permissions and answer 4 questions and it will let you know if you need any permission to use it.
