Does anyone have a contact # for Ocwen's Short Sale Department? LIVE Person to talk to ONLY!

Does anyone have a contact # for Ocwen's Short Sale Department? Im looking for a # that allows you to communicate with a live person. I have tried about 5 different # and have not successfully made contact with a human :). Thanks for your help in advance.

Loss Mitigation Department is 877-596-8580 and I know about Uganda, haven't gotten India yet. They are difficult to understand and they do not understand us very well. The fax number is 407-737-5071. This is my 2nd call and already they put me on hold. Good luck.

I just used these phone numbers 4/2016 and spoke to real people (after endless waits and multiple number press loops) . Employees were all from India and spoke English well and were polite and helpful. The exception was the American woman who I was transferred to when I needed to speak to a superior. Not a nice lady!!

I got through using the 877-596-8580 number. They transferred me to the short sale department who was very helpful in giving me the status update on an offer I sent them for my seller ( I am listing agent). Thanks Laura for the contact information! Very helpful!

Ocwen is a tough one... SS@ocwen.com has been useful to me as well as HAFA@Ocwen.com when it applies.

Yes, the Toll Free # that seems to work for me is (888)779-2857. When I try the (800)746-2936 OR (877)596-5880 I just get the Customer Care Center and they always cut me off IF I even get someone live to transfer me to Loss Mitigation. Ocwen seems to be good at sending their email PDF replies to things you may send in and the pre-determined calls where they set an exact time to call you seems to work too. Good Luck! Just DO NOT miss your chance to close before the Sale Date as Ocwen will ABSOLUTELY not postpone the Sale Date for any reason!!! Thanks, Bradley

On the website ocwencustomers.com you can send an email to the Ombudsman. I did about the difficulty of understanding the person and also the difficulty they had understanding me. I suggested they need more training. Perhaps if all agents sent an email we could get results.

On the website your client can sign up and get the Financial Package they will need for a short sale.

Sorry, I don't have one, but in dealing with their REO Department the live humans we speak with are in India and Uganda. Rumor has it their Short Sale Department has been relocated to Uzbekistan.
