Call Capture is a tool that all agents should explore. It is not specialty specific (Listing, Buying, Leasing Agent) it works for everyone the same.

I am ready to give everyone who writes me a promo code that will get them started free and most importantly with no commitment.

If I get an overwhelming response I will be more than happy to host a Webinar to demonstrate the true power of what the system can do.

You can write me at the following:

Sincerely,

I personally use http://www.SellFon.com and I'm very happy with the results. The rate is under $30, there's no setup fee and no per minute charges. You get a bunch of numbers and have great flexibility of extension numbers you can use. The system lets you streamline your business, track your numbers, offer reports to your seller and better response to potential buyers you capture with the system. Contact and ask for Will Reguera for more information. You'll be glad you did.

I used Talk House years ago myself. It was a good concept at the time. One of the newest ways I market homes now is with a 800#. There are some great ways to use it, they're very inexpensive and it's a great way to capture calls also. There are a few companies out there that I know of, but one I currently use. If you're interested you can contact me through my website or email me directly at Brandon@BrandonSchuppe.com

Talking House may have been a great concept 20 years ago, but it certainly has lost a lot of its luster. I used it a few times, but gave up. The problem with static was just too much to overcome. Nobody has ever told me they called me because of Talking House.

So I focused on advertising where it generates the most response. Believe it or not, it's craigslist!

Hi Mini. I have used Talking House boxes, unfortunately, I never had a response from them. I have about 4 of them in my garage (one was stolen from a listing), but I also had problems with static and also for some reason the channells would constantly change. So if I had 1070 on my sign, and power went out or some other strange reason then the signal would change??

The capture signs seem to work better if you use them in your print ads then as sign riders in front of listings. I have gotten some calls, but folks seem aggravated that I have their number. Best of luck!

I used to use the Talking House (years ago when they first came out). I stopped because there was too much static and interference on the radio. I thought the concept was good though, and I understand that the product has improved considerably. The other reason I stopped was the cheesy looking signs. If they came up with more elegant looking signage, I might give them another try.
