Are not real estate professionals REQUIRED to disclose the brokerage with whom they are associated in their advertising includikng the signage?
The real question is, "How much space do you give the broker?"
The answer is hidden in this question, "Does the brand bring VALUE!"
If I worked with 'Tumbledown real estate LLC' I just might not give that name a lot of space.
There is an entire Madison Ave industry that makes quite clear the value of a recognized brand. Some can choose to defy the obvious. They do so to their own disadvantage.
Let's face it, the most important element on any sign is YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER.
Everything else pales in relevance.
The brand Remax does pull it's weight in the local market and global recognition.
