Look for investor landlords who are starting to unload some of them, They may owner finance one rather than pay gains.

Dixon, In our state, of Connecticut, I believe that it is a longer term. Talk to a loan officer in your area and see what terms might be available. Have you gone online to FHA.org? It might be listed in the information there.
